Our aim for Pan Chai is to expand across the UK, located in affluent areas of key cities that experience high footfall. Locations will include London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Leeds, Dublin and Edinburgh.
Pan Chai will become a restaurant group that is known for luxury cuisine and consistent exemplary service, offering a unique and memorable experience and ultimately building to the point where pan-Asian cuisine is the food of choice for dining out.
Business models
In order to maximise the appeal of Pan Chai and be as flexible as possible, we are offering three different business models:
• Fine dining
Part of the original Pan Chai concept, the fine-dining restaurants will feature visually appealing dishes, elegant décor and highly trained staff to offer the best dining experience available.
• Casual dining
A more casual set-up, you will still offer a selection of pan-Asian specialities but in a slightly less formal setting and with a lower price point.
• QSR
Quick service restaurants offer high quality food but with the emphasis on quick service and fast table turnaround to ensure maximum spend in short periods of time.
Each model will require a different level of investment. We will give full training and support to all our franchisees in order to ensure our brand values are upheld, and all franchisees will remain in close contact with Pan Chai’s Head Office in London.
