Interviewing

• Interviews with Head Office

• Site agreed and approved by Head Office

Approval

• Franchisee approved, and franchise agreement is signed

Restaurant design

• Approved design pack issued

Training

• Full training for all chefs, reception and waiting staff, including one month’s on-site chef training whilst the build takes place
